We inform you that in the current situation of the COVID-19 health crisis, our company and all its activities continue with their activity and are fully operational.

Each of our articles and shipments that we manage, are disinfected before shipment, including the packaging and the pallet wrappers, to guarantee maximum security. But since we have no control over hygiene during shipping, we highly recommend re-disinfecting your order packaging when you receive it.

Your order are generally handled within 3 to 15 working days after receipt of payment.

We ship regulary to most countrys in europe. Simply register with your shipping adress to see the shipping price exposed on the shopping cart.

We recommend you consolidate your purchases into one order.

Every day we recive and send internationaly, so it is possible that it comes some times to a little queue. when ther are a higher demand, because every order will be handled one after the another. We allways send so soon as possible, every day.

The shipment price will be attached and calculates automatically by the shopping cart, for countries in Europe without customs. Shipping fees include packaging, handling and shipping. The shipment are fixed and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. 

For shipments out of Europe, we only can offer the pick up option with your shipping company. This means that we don´t got any  transport to this county, so you can only send your shipping company to us to pick up your order. You got to select this option when you buy.International Shipping: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.Shipping.

We ship our products worldwide from Spain, so there are mostly inernational shipping costs.

In case that we send the order to your indicated address and the direction was wrong indicated or you don´t go for your order and it will be send back to us after the tray, you have to pay the delivery again, if not you accept to lose any right to reclaim the order.

In the case you buy a soled out product, the delivery time can take the double.

For delivery in country's with customs on the country front (like in Switzerland or other countries out of Europe) there are additional customs fees with have to pay the client to recipe the delivery, if not the shipment is sended back to us and this will push up seriously the expenses for the client.

For the country's were are no transport or shipment designed from Easy Tadelakt, this means that you have to pic up the products here in our shop or send a transport from you. Because this the shopping cart shows as shipment price 0,00€. Please feel free to ask us if you got questions.

 In any case we will send your order within 25 working days to you, if not, we proceed automaticly to the entire refund of your money. Specially rare products like the Tadelakt or others needs sometimes more time because they are always fresh treated and manufactured directly in Morocco, and after this they come to Spain where every product, bag or cube is submitted to a strictly quality control,so please be patient. Than, after this it will be shipped to the final destination to ensure the finest, freshest and best quality for our client´s. But normally we've got all products in stock.

By buying any article from this web site, you accept to have read and accept the therms and conditions and the delivery conditions. 

RETURNS: LEGAL LAW

Unless you apply any of the exceptions described below, you can withdraw your order without any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party that you indicated (other than the carrier) receive the purchased items ( or from the last article, component or piece in case of delivery of a good composed of multiple components or pieces), or from the day of the conclusion of the contract in the case of services or delivery of digital content not provided on material support.

For these purposes, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw your order. You must send your request, indicating in the number of the order, the reasons for its withdrawal and an account number where to apply the total or partial refund of the amount of the order. It will be enough for you to send your communication before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and return the item in the same delivery conditions and in perfect conditions for resale.

Before making the return we invite you to contact easytadelakt@gmail.com to inform us of any inconvenience and find the most appropriate solution to each case, avoiding unnecessary expenses.

EasyTadelakt does not assume ownership of the returned product until it is received at the return address. EasyTadelakt reserves the right, at its discretion, to refund the amount of the product without requiring its return. In this case, the ownership of the product whose price has been refunded will not be transferred to EasyTadelakt.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

EasyTadelakt, after checking the perfect condition of the returned product, will refund the price of the product. Possible shipping and return costs will be subtracted from the amount of the refund. The refund will be made no later than the 14 days following the day we receive the product (s).

EasyTadelakt will use the same means of payment that you would have used for the initial transaction, unless another means is expressly agreed. In any case, you will not bear any fees that may arise from such reimbursement. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items returned by you or until you provide us with proof of returning the items, depending on what occurs first.

Please note that you must return the items following the instructions available in our Returns Center within 14 days of the day you notified us of your withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning such items; and you will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the returned goods due to the manipulation of the items (except when such manipulation was necessary to find out the nature, characteristics and operation of the items).

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of:

Products that do not allow their return due to hygienic or health protection reasons, if you have unsealed them after delivery (for example cosmetic products), or that were, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other products;
Products that may deteriorate or expire quickly (for example food or perishable products or subject to expiration date);
Goods made according to your specifications or clearly customized;
A service, if EasyTadelakt had already provided it in its entirety and, upon requesting such a service, you would have accepted the start of the service and the impossibility of giving it up once the service started.
